• Save your self some time and don’t bother leaving a question in the forum or sending an email because nobody will answer you anyway. Just look through the other questions left in the forum and see how many DO NOT have replies.

    All WPFrontend can do is take your money and deactivate your license if THEY think you are using it on more than one site. The WPFontend site is NOT even smart enough to know what a STAGING SITE is. This stupid site keeps shutting down my staging site license because it thinks I am using it on two sites.

    I Do not have this problem with any of my other plugins. I wonder all of those plugins managed to know my staging site is not another site.

    Bottom Line – Quick to take your money, and not willing to help fix the BUGS in their plugin.

    @davesdugout, As much as possible we try to keep our customer happy by providing maximum support.

    We have specific response times that our team is expected to follow. We always reply within 24 hours except for Friday & Saturday (weekend), we have set times in which team members should respond to customer inquiries. Some issues are critical or time sensitive and demand response times far shorter than the standard.

    Also, if we get customer ticket during our office time (10.00AM-6.00PM BST) then we reply within 1 hour.

    Can you do me a favor by mentioning your support tickets that went unanswered? I will reply them within 1 hour.

    We don’t recommend our customer to activate the license key on STAGING SITE, if you are done with testing the plugin and sure to use it on your live server, only then you should activate the license. However, we reset the license key when customers inform us. Also, the plugin will work without any problem if you don’t activate the license as the license only required for getting regular updates. So, I think you misunderstanding us.
