    (@wheelchairs4kids)

Hello! I use WordPress 6.0 with the Virtue Theme and php 7.4.

When we make updates to our site content, it shows up when we are logged in, but takes hours to become live to other viewers. There is a considerable lag between when I hit “update” and when the updates become live.

Any suggestions on how to fix this lag would be very appreciated!

Check the settings for your caching plugin(s).

Hi @sterndata ! As far as I’m aware I do not have any caching plugin(s) installed. Would that be found in a different setting area?

What plugins do you have installed? What’s your site’s URL so I can take a peek?

Please go to TOOLS -> SITE HEALTH and copy/paste the info from the info tab.

I think this may be it: “server: Sucuri/Cloudproxy” Sucuri is proxying your site and, effectively, caching it. Please clear that cache.

    Thread Starter wheelchairs4kids

    (@wheelchairs4kids)

@sterndata thank you for all of your help with this! How would I go about clearing that specific cache? I’m not sure how to be that precise with it or where to find it in my cPanel.

I don’t know. How did you set up the Sucuri proxy?

    Thread Starter wheelchairs4kids

    (@wheelchairs4kids)

@sterndata thank you for everything! I was able to track down the origin of sucuri and get it resolved.
