Good But Lacks Some Basic Features

  • 1. The preset time range for the GA stats doesn’t include the “Last 7 Days”, “Last 30 Days” & “Last 90 Days”. I have to select the date range manually which is stressful.

    2. I think the percentage of traffic coming from each source should be included. For example, The percentage of visitors coming from Search Engines, Social, Referral or Direct.

    3. It doesn’t say how many visitors are coming from mobile, tablet or desktop. It doesn’t also say how many visitors are returning and how many are new.

    We appreciate the effort to review our plugin with your criticism and opinion, it is through this where we can take on board your feedback and analyse new ways of improving the functionality.

    1) We had the ‘last x days’ option prior, however after considering UX improvements made some adjustments to the last week/ month

    2) We are already showing the number of visits, so I am sure we can add a % in a future update.

    3) A feature request we will take on board, the second part, however, (percentage of new vs returning users) are already there in WP Dashboard widget of Beehive.

    We have shared all primary points you have mentioned with the Beehive team and marked all of them as feature requests, if we obtain enough interest you may see some of those implemented.
