    Thanks for sharing your feedback. Sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the MetForm Plugin.

    I would like to inform you that currently, the admin can view submitted data from the dashboard. Just you have to enable the store entry option. Check this video for clarification.

    None of the Threads created by the users goes unnoticed. We always try to resolve the issues of the users by giving them higher priority.
