Lacks design options but not too bad

I’ve worked through a few booking plugins this week for a client’s site. This one seemed to have the most features in the free version.

Sadly it doesn’t get 5 stars because:
1. There are very few layouts and design customisations.
2. The backend used to look much nicer in previous help videos. Not sure why the back end design has deteriorated. I would think the developer would want to improve it adding further options and improving the layout/user interface.
3. Can’t change some of the headings that are coded into the plugin’s shortcodes. For example “Our Treatments and Services” and a sub-heading of “What do you need?” aren’t very inspiring for customers and clients. I would have liked to be able to customise these text headings for the website’s purpose.
