• Looks promising but is lacking basic feature like current user import. Even the pro version which i bought can not do this.
My site has hundred+ users, i can not ask them to register again.

  • Hello @knireis,

I am so sorry to learn that WPUF is unable to help you out.

Can you please share with me a little more on which user data you need to import?

By default the user will remain same in your WP-admin > User section when your users register with WP User Frontend Registration page. So, it seems there is confusion.

If your users have already registered in your WP site, and not if you use WPUF, you will not need them to register again. They are already available in the WP-admin > User section.

Please elaborate your scenario a little more so that I can help you out.

    The users have custom data.
I can export a csv from current system.
But your plugin is not able to import the csv.

It also would be convenient to be able to export and import for backup purposes.

    Hello @knireis

We are really sorry but I think we are having conceptual different thinking here. Let me describe it, I hope it’ll clear the confusion ??

User Frontend– is basically a form builder. Let’s you create custom post form and registration form with the variety of available custom fields. When someone registers on your site using WPUF’s custom registration form, the user is stored on the default WP User tables.

So, the point is, as you have the users already, where it will import? As the WPUF doesn’t manage any separate database table for the users?

Maybe your concern is, let’s say you have 50 users already on your site. Now, you have installed WPUF on your site and created a custom registration form with lots of custom fields. You want your previous users to get those custom fields(fields value basically) on their profile, right?

If yes, then it can be done with WPUF which doesn’t even require to import the user ??

I wish I could guide you here about how you can do this but as per the forum rules, we are not allowed to discuss anything related to pro feature here. So, I’d request you to contact us through your paid support area. We’ll guide you on this ??

You can reference this conversation when you create a ticket. That will make you priority support.

    Regards,
