Customer/tech support, in my experience, is pretty much nonexistent. My wpcentral experience has been a nightmare since the initial upload. Nothing works and support won’t help. If you work on deadline, I would try a plugin solution that offers support and a quick response from support. So far, going on 48 hours after the first plea for assistance, I have gotten a couple of we’ll get to ya soon… Well, that turns out to be a lie… I am forced to continue with it as I have multiple sites to work with, apparently it will be done by working around this… thing. But I would not recommend this to the likes of Trump, and you cannot get worse than him.
