Lackluster plugin, dismal support

The only reason I give this two stars is because the Square gateway works. However, we’ve tried using the Apple Pay feature and it does not work. We reached out to support, we’ve had support threads marked resolved that weren’t resolved, and we’ve jumped through hoops giving them status reports, login credentials, and answering questions but they’ve not provided any meaningful support at all. Plugins like this and support responses like this are why so many people are making the switch to Shopify. Avoid using this plugin if you can, but if you must then don’t count on Apple Pay working and definitely don’t count on meaningful support. This is very disappointing and perhaps a litmus test of why so many ecommerce merchants are migrating away from WordPress.
