    Hello, I am a paying customer. In the website there is writtenWe strive to reply to all support tickets within 24 hours. In the weekend within 48 hours.

    I wrote to your support email on Friday, and it’s now already more than 64 hours I am waiting for a reply. Is your premium support working at all?

    Still no reply. Almost 90 hours already waiting and waiting…. Far away from your 24-48 hours ??

    I hope it is only a one time only lack of quality of your support for paying customers who bought for multiple sites.
