lack of support, not mobile friendly…

My client pays for vagaro, we logged a case with them and they said their developers were working on it. That was back in December 2014.
Since then i’ve called numerous times and they have done nothing to update the plugin, respond to this post or make this mobile friendly and the plugin has not been updated. My client is frustrated that the only way to get it to work on mobile is to tell her users to get the vagaro app…why would a stylist send their customers to a platform where they can shop for other stylists???
