• My client pays for vagaro, we logged a case with them and they said their developers were working on it. That was back in December 2014.

Since then i’ve called numerous times and they have done nothing to update the plugin, respond to this post or make this mobile friendly and the plugin has not been updated. My client is frustrated that the only way to get it to work on mobile is to tell her users to get the vagaro app…why would a stylist send their customers to a platform where they can shop for other stylists???

    Thanks,
    Kyle

Hi Kyle, I’m experiencing the same issue and it seems if you want a responsive widget you will need to hard code / overwrite their current style sheet. If you are still looking for a workaround or responsive Vagaro widget feel free to E-mail me at [email protected] to discuss the resolution in more detail.

    Hi to both.

We have actually resolved all issue with responsiveness. You will need to reinstall the code. If you are still having issues please to not hesitate to call our support line at 800.919.0157 Ext 2

Can’t get it to work at all. Logged in, and I click on “Click to edit,” styles, “save,” ANYTHING, and nothing at all happens. Essentially does not work at all.

So I got it to load, but it take a really long time for it to load on web with the plugin method…

Also, when I click to goto the mobile version, I see your idea of mobile is to introduce a page for my customers to install the app… that is great for you, but not for us for a couple reasons.

    1) your app does not use deep linking – i.e. when I click on the app to install, it does not take me to MY SALONS PAGE in the app….why would I promote your app if your just going to let them shop around for a competitor?!?! If your app had deep links, you could take them to my page and I’d feel a lot better about sharing my traffic…

    2) if someone clicks the ‘mobile site’ option, it takes my visitor to a version that is mobile responsive, but has none of the custom css changes we made to make it look on brand…again, it feels like they have left my site and gone to your world…

I didn’t work this hard to build my business just to give it away to you, while paying for your service. You may be able to check the box on it technically being mobile friendly now, but it is:

    slow on desktop

    unbranded on mobile

your app UX feels like you are stealing my customers…

Sorry, still not there yet. Maybe 2 stars now?
