• What’s going on with Restrict Content Pro (paid) support? I’ve had an existing support ticket apparently closed with no fix, then I’ve opened two more support tickets and have had zero response from SolidWP/iThemes in those tickets since I opened them. Has support disappeared?

    After posting on the Facebook page for Restrict Content Pro, I had a reply from the director of customer support, and my tickets have come to life again. I don’t know why there was a massive communications hole though, or why one of my tickets still seems to have been closed while the issue is still open.
