    Be aware that the developers of this plugin are not responding to support requests for the premium version of this plugin. Certainly, use the free version, but be aware that should you upgrade to their premium version, they do not respond to emails.

    Due to Covid-19, our support developers are limited. so we missed some support tickets. normally before 24hr, we respond on very tickets if possible. unfortunately, it takes 4-5day now to process a ticket.

    I’m sympathetic where staff have are affected by Covid-19.

    However, your ‘contact’ form has not worked.

    I sent 3 emails to your support email address:
    – 8 Feb 2022
    – 21 Feb 2022
    – 28 Feb 2022

    I have yet to receive any response, let alone a ticket number.

    If you are using a ticketing system, please provide me a direct link to log a ticket. & then make it available on your site.

    Hello ,

    Thank you for your response.

    We use zoho desk for support. https://sevengits.com/contact/ page is a webform. if you are successfully submitting a ticket through this contact page you will get a response with Ticket id and view the ticket link on email automatically.

    Thank you, I don’t believe that the contact form was working before but it has worked for me now, and I created a ticket.

    Once I was able to get a ticket, Support for this plugin was good.

    An investigation took place and the issue was resolved and an update to the plugin was implemented.

    The premium version of this plugin is indeed supported by the developer.
