I purchased the Gallery with hopes of switching from my standalone online proofing service by a third party. I’m a pro photographer with numerous clients and on paper, Envira Gallery seems to meet most of the critical needs but I need a thorough testing. I ran into some tech/UI issues and contacted support 3 business days ago (plus 2 weekend days which I don’t count), opening 5 different tickets. They claim a follow-up within 24 hours. One ticket was quickly answered (thank you!) but 4 ignored so far. If this is the situation during the 14-day money-back guarantee, I can’t have much confidence in their help after the trial is over.
