Lack of Support Costs Money
-
There is one rule in business that has proven true throughout my lifetime when dealing with business and this is it: No service before the sale means no service after the sale. See? When Onetone won’t help people who have no purchase yet, those people never buy since we are aware of this rule of business. What is wrong about helping people get started with your product so they know if it’s the one for them?
Ok Onetone, I’ve been patient. I have not heard a word from you for two years on anything, even contacting anonymously from your website as a potential buyer, you won’t respond.
This is why people do not make the purchase. You could have the best 5 star support there is online but we would never know it. You won’t respond to anything.
I can only wonder would you respond if someone told you your house was on fire. ?? As far as I can tell, this company is dead. I am posting this only as a good thing attempting to make a suggestion to the company or inform others. It is merely a plea, not a complaint.
One thing is certain. As long as I do not hear from you, you will get no money from me. When you decide to do business right, I’ll be here happy to give you a chance. If not, I will give up and go with someone else.
