Lack of support

I sent them an email on march 27th asking for a specific feature and they told me the pro version should be enough for the feature I was looking for. Then I got the lifetime license and sent them an email on march 28th asking for support to setup that feature (I even sent them a working example of a live website with that feature working). Since then they don’t reply my emails (and I sent them another two emails on the following days). It’s april 4th already and I’m stucked as it’s the last feature I need to setup.
I don’t really mind if it’s custom code and the team can’t guide me to setup that feature, all I need is a simple reply if it’s possible or not.
