Lack of search engine results

Hey all,

I’ve been using WP since mid-April to run my web comic site, https://www.actuallydaddy.com. I am using an SEO optimizer plugin and I’m pretty sure that I’m properly adding keywords and meta descriptions to each upload. I know that the site is being crawled (or has been) because I had Google Adsense early on and they verified the site. Anyway, when I search for my full name, I get nothing but a twelve year old genealogy post on the fifth page of results; my website doesn’t show up at all. I know that the various search engines have unique ways of ranking search results, but I would think that a precise search should bring up precise info. Even when I search my name along with the keyword “comics”, I get no results for my site. Again, unless I’m being a complete brick, the SEO optimizer, meta description and keywords should give me something on a precise search. Does anyone have any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong here? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
