• I have tried to contact support for the paid plugin via the official form but have not had a response in several days. What does it take to get a reply?

  • Hello, dear Steve! I wrote to the developers of the plugin more than two months ago and also did not receive an answer. I think that plugin support is not implemented now.

    Support for the paid version is still a thing, apologies for the delay you both faced. Hopefully both issues are resolved now.

    I am trying to contact the support from last 2 days using this link https://intagrate.io/support/
    but I am not getting any response from them even I am not sure either they are getting my message or not. It just show that “Thankyou your support ticket has been submitted successfully”

    Please let me know, I am facing a issue with images missing and not added in WP media library.
