lack of related posts

  • I enabled the option to only use TITLES to find related posts, as using the content as well just related in too many unrelated posts.

    However, this has resulted in no related posts at all some of the time, even though there clearly are some related posts, even going by just the titles.

    Any way to improve this, or to make it use TAGS as well as titles for additional relatedness. ?

    The use of tags is in addition to the matching algorithm to make things more focussed.

    Can you show me pages where you’re seeing this issue? A lot of it is dependent on the matching algorithm which is mySQL’s FULLTEXT feature.

    I turned title and content back on in order to resolve the issue temporarily.
