Labels & e-mail – pipes

Hi,

I have used ‘pipes’ to show labels in a dropdown, but use them as the ‘send-to’ e-mail address.
However, in the e-mail that is sent to that e-mail address, how can I show the original label corresponding with the e-mail address?

Example:
In form:
– SALES|[email protected]
– SERVICE|[email protected]
The dropdown shows ‘SALES’ and ‘SERVICES’.
When selecting ‘SALES’, the mail is sent to ‘[email protected]’.
In the mail itself, the e-mail tag [menu-01] is replaced by the mail address.
I want to use the e-mail address as the send-to-address, and the label before the pipe (‘|’) in the content.
