Labels do not appear on product category pages

On advanced tab you can also try to click “ADDITIONAL HOOKS” to get additional hooks in drop down elements and try it.

I don’t understand how ADDITIONAL HOOKS works
When I am on this page : https://www.sloli-editions.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=br_products_label&tab=advanced
I clic on ADDITIONAL HOOKS and nothing happens
Only the URL change to :
https://www.sloli-editions.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=br_products_label&tab=advanced&additional_hooks_load=1
But I don’t understand what to do with this…

In all options plugin adds additional hooks that it detect in your theme template files, it starts with =ADDITIONAL=, and you can set in “Shop Hook” new options that was added.

I tried all the options of “Shop Hook” with “ADDITIONAL HOOKS”, it still doesn’t work.
Label only appear on product page and not on product category page ??

I use the builder provided with the Impreza theme.
It is based on WPBakery Page Builder.

It is a version adapted for the Impreza theme that I use without specific module

With module I mean block/element/shortcode that you used to display products on that page with page builder.
Builder must have specific element to display products and it is not universal element that can display any post type, because universal element do not use WooCommerce hooks, that our plugin uses to filter products.
WPBakery Page Builder has addon WooCommerce Page Builder, that has needed elements.

It seems that you have some “us_grid” element that displayed products, but it is not WooCommerce specific elemeny and it do not have correct hooks.
Please use WooCommerce products element or you can use WooCommerce shortcode https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#section-9

Different shop hooks doesn’t seem to work. After clicking on ‘additional hooks” nothing appears in “shop hook” options. Could you please help to solve this?

Using the same theme doesn’t mean that you are configuring everything the same and have the same plugins installed. Please create new topic and provide links to the pages with issues. Would be great to see screenshots of the configured label.
