hello bro, i want to ask about multi label,

can i use one labeh for multiple columns?

I use the conditional logic plugin to support the form I want.

form 1, all labels use “activities”, while in form 2/line 2 use the label “Sub-Activities”

but when integrated with cf7 to spreadsheet only the last row label can be sent with the same data,

how to write labels for multiple lines?

as another example, we use car brands like

BMW [type-label]
Toyota [type-label]
Mercy [type-label]

from the first label selected earlier, a second option will appear, for example 'year'

2020 [year-label]
2021 [year-label]
2022 [year-label]

so when there is a choice of BMW in the first column, and 2022 in the second column,

in the spreadsheat row the [type-label] section will appear "BMW" and in the other row with the label [year-label] it will appear "2022"
