Label text in simple when hover icon appears

I am working on localhost right now. I have two question regarding quickview.

1. I want to change the text on hover and show icon instead of text. I can do it on normal button but can’t do the same process with shortcode quick view. What I want without hover button link?https://sendeyo.com/get/d/6308410afc?and after hover button link?https://sendeyo.com/get/d/c3f7adf36b. How to do the same process on shortcode of quickview
2. I can’t find any link of quickview that I can put to any button or any text. I will elaborate further if you didn’t understand my question.
