Label Reset to Default After Saving

    Hi,

    Awesome plugin but came to an intermittent problem. When saving a label, it sometimes reset everything (title, color, position, conditions, etc). It happens like after few times of saving, then it resets that label. Then I had to redo everything.

    Hi,

    I’m using the same labels for testing our plugins for a long time already. There was a lot of updates. So I suppose some other plugin is conflicting with the labels.

    If it is not a secret could you list please the plugins you are using? Or maybe send them via Contact Us form? https://berocket.com/contact

    Hi,

    Our tester did check most of the plugins you are using. One of them is throwing fatal error on activation. Some of them provide errors during work. Some plugins has only paid version and we cannot test them.

    As for now we cannot find what is not working on your side. I’d recommend you to test the plugins. Try to disable and enable back plugins one by one. Sometimes plugins are lagging after updates and this really helps.
