I understand how confusing it must be to have the ‘Label Purchase Report’ tab suddenly go missing. We’re here to help guide you and share some recent updates.
Kindly note that the ‘Reports’ tool is the Reports tool has been deprecated in favor of the new Analytics tool, which is why you no longer see the ‘Label Purchase Report’ tab. You can find all your shipping label purchase details on the WordPress.com dashboard under your account’s billing section here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

In case you’re looking for a summary of shipping costs, the ‘Analytics’ → ‘Revenue’ section in WooCommerce should have what you need. It shows total shipping costs and order counts, and you can even download the data as a CSV by clicking ‘Download’ at the top right of the report. This will help track your shipping expenses over time.
