Label pdf cannot be downloaded (not generated)

  • Hi,

    After the latest update I ran into the issue that I cannot download any labels.

    By clicking on ?Generate DHL label? the label seems to be generated (it is available in my DHL Gesch?ftskundenportal), but when I’d like to download it via the WordPress backend I get the error that there’s no file to be downloaded (e.g. https://mydomain.com/wp/dhl_download_label/2301).

    In my uploads folder I can find all generated labels before the update but none of the latest generated.

    Do you have any clue how to fix this?

    All files are not placed under a new folder “/uploads/woocommerce_dhl_label/”. I suggest you try saving the “Permalinks” under “Settings” as a new URL was created to download all files.

    Let us know if that works.

    We have the same issue. The download button for the label links to /dhl_download_label/, but actually the label is generated in /wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_dhl_label/

    Refreshing the permalinks does not change that.

    Please let me know what do do.

    here the same issue. I can find the labels in /wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_dhl_label/ but the label cant be downloaded by the download button.

    Michael,

    Did you try refreshing the “Permalinks” under “Settings”, by clicking save? If you have already done that, can you tell me what values you have set for the “WordPress URL” and “Website URL” under “Settings”, “General”?

    I did set the permalink settings to /%postname%/
    Refreshing dose not help.

    My WordPress URL = https://vicosan.de
    The Website URL = https://vicosan.de

    Can you “inspect elements” and ensure that you do not have an JS errors on the page?
