Label issue

  • Hi,

    The address one some DHL labels is displayed wrong. The order says: ‘123 ABC Road’, but the shipping label says ‘Road 123 ABC’. Is this a bug on your side, and can it be fixed?

    Is this happening for all address is or just some of them? If some, then do all of those end with characters instead of numbers?

    I would say we have experienced these issues mostly in UK and US addresses where the address starts either with a number or in my assumption includes “road” or “avenue” word. So basically, with addresses that consist of three ‘elements’. It does not happen with ‘Street 123’, but it does happen with ‘ABC Street 123’

    This should be fixed in the latest version that was released yesterday 1.3.9.
