Label is not hiding behind when the menu is open

I did check your site and I don’t see the issue. Did you fix it already or am I missing something?

and just cross your mouse over the menu categories. You will see that when you leave your mouse on a category on the menu (without clicking it) the menu will pop up but the label arrange will be on top of the menu border.

Open plugin settings page tab CSS and add this style

    z-index: 10;
}

Hello Dima,
The CSS fix was working for me previously, but I just updated to Advanced Product Labels Version 1.1.16.2 and now it seems like the product label is displaying above the hover div.

Do you think I need to adjust your above css to work with the new version?
