• Hello,

I was just testing my website by using a test card number with Authorize.net. The card was declined like it was supposed to do, however, your plugin created a label in my EasyPost account anyway. I do not think a label should be created until the transaction actually goes through.

Is there a way to fix this?

    Thanks!

    Hey Mike,

Yea that is definitely a bug, I’ll have a look, what gateway are you using for Authorize.net so I can mimic your setup.

    Cheers,

    Sean

Thanks for the reply! I am using Woocommerce, with Authorize.net extension and EasyShipper for shipping calculator. I used a test credit card number from Authorize.net, which gave me a declined response to test the connection between Auth.net and Woocommerce.

When I logged into EasyPost, there were 3 label listings in the account from all 3 tests I did through Auth.net. 2 of the tests were errors, and 1 was a declined.

Thank you for recognizing that this is a glitch. I would like for a label to only be created for orders that go through completely.

    Cheers!

    Hello,

I’m just checking in on this issue. Any progress?

    Thanks!

It does the same when using paypal. Would love to see this resolved.

I am having this issue as well.

I am a small business and I would like to verify the order information for each order before proceeding with the shipping request to Easypost.

A nice feature would be a shipment activate button on the order page so the shop can initiate the shipment request or it can happen automagically depending on mail settings.

    Thanks,
