Label generations shows unreadable signs

  • Hello,

    the label creation with an A4 format works through DHL Label&tracking> generate label. But not when I switch to another format under the settings.

    When I change the label format from A4 to 910-300-700 under WC>settings>shipping>DHL Paket>Label Format it only shows question marks, squares and anything else unreadable?

    How can I solve this problem?
