Label could not be created, postal code format invalid

We are unable to print labels due to the following response of the API:

“Label could not be created.
The API responded with [postal_code_missing_error]: The postal code format is invalit, it should obey the regular expression: \d{4} ?[A-Z]{2}. Some examples: 1234 AB, 2940 AA.”

The postal code format: “1234AB” (for example), worked untill this morning just fine, we were able te print the labels. When we adjust the postal code format into “1234 AB” we receive the same error. We also checked the postal code – number combination, and it is a valid address.

Is there maybe an API interference?
