Label color and font remain unchanged

Hi,

So, I changed the labels color of my form, and also the font. I saved them. It seems, the changes only appear when I am logged in. But, when I view the page on another browser, or in private window, the changes are not taking effect.

I cleared my cache, still the same. I am on HTTPS too. What is the issue?
