Label and date place holder format on empty form on top each other

  • When I add the code `<label> Date Requested (required)
    [date* date-requested id:date-requested]</label>` to my form the label text “Date Requested” and the date format “YYYY-DD-MM” are occupy the same space until I click in the date input box.

    Thoughts on how to correct?
