Sorry for the inconvenience, by default our plugin uses WordPress product thumbnail hooks for appending badges, some times this may not work with some themes, so we have added an option to switch the hook, please try enabling ‘Use Product Loop Hook’ or ‘Use Woocommerce Shop Hook’ from our plugins settings section (settings -> support and hooks)

Sorry for the confusion, we do have a labels plugin and the title made me think that you are using the labels plugin. The reply I just posted is related to our labels plugin (Product Labels For Woocommerce (Sale Badges)).

To show badges/labels on products, please install our ‘Product Labels For Woocommerce (Sale Badges)’ and enable the “Show ‘Dynamic Pricing With Discount Rules for WooCommerce’ Product Lists” option on our labels plugin (settings) and then add badges to the same product list that you created for “Dynamic Pricing With Discount Rules for WooCommerce”

The default promo label will only be visible on woocommerce sale products (the products with sale price), our plugin uses virtual coupons for applying discounts. As mentioned in our previous comment, you can club our ‘Product Labels For Woocommerce (Sale Badges)’ with the Dynamic Pricing plugin to display badges on products with discounts.

As we haven’t heard back from you further, we are closing this thread. Please don’t hesitate to get back to us if you require any further assistance or clarifications from our end in the future. Thanks!

Hello, can labels be applied with a custom code instead for those trying to avoid loading too many plugins?
