    Buenas, la herramienta nueva de informes no me reconoce la venta de productos ni siquiera la categoría, mientras que los informes de siempre sí lo hacen. NO para de dar incompatibilidades o errores con vuestro propio plugin. Ya no sé que hacer, ya que todos los datos que recibo están falseados y esto me está generando una inseguridad brutal en mis propias finanzas. Tienen una solución para esto? o un plan B que pueda usar y dejar de usar vuestros informes??

    As I understand, the built-in Analytics tool crashes often, is this correct?

    Please could you provide more clarity on what exactly happens? Does it freeze, does your dashboard crash, or are any error messages being displayed?

    Additionally, if possible, please could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end?

    Snipboard.io?can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    On the other hand, if I misinterpret your concern in any way, please can you provide additional clarity on what it is you are experiencing, again, screenshots would be very helpful, if possible.

    Also, in order to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

    Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

    El error es que no me reconoce lo que he vendido a través de una categoría, pero sí me lo reconoce si uso otros plugins.

    La herramienta de análisis parece que muestra lo que quiere y da datos erróneos. No es fiable.

    Thanks for responding back.

    The error is that it does not recognize what I have sold through a category, but it does recognize it if I use other plugins.

    The analytics tool seems to display what it wants and gives wrong data. Not trustworthy.

    To better picture what you are referring to here, can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
