    hope someone can fix this!
    I am helping a friend of mine update and move a wp site. I tried to install wp clone, but every time I try to install a plug in I get a message that I need to input ftp credentials. The credentials are pre-filled and I cannot edit them.

    Because the ftp access was lost for this site, I cannot edit and put the correct credentials into the wp-config.php.

    Same happens of course when I try to update the page.

    Does any one know of a work around for that? Any help will be appreciated greatly! thxs a lot
