Kubrickr photo not showing

I used Kubrickr to upload a photo for my header. I deleted the old blue blob at /wp-content/themes/Default/images/kubrickheader.jpg and I used ftp to move the new jpg into the same location. And nothing changed. Tried closing out and re-open, but still no change. Ran the entire process again. No change.

What must I do to get my photo into the header?
