Kubrick Sidebar

  • I’m having some difficulty with the Kubrick Sidebar. Sometimes it will show up at the bottom of my page while other times it’ll load correctly. I removed the Monthly Archives from the sidebar and added a few items at the end of the sidebar. Would that have any effect on the position of this sidebar? I’m really confused on why it will move up and down. This is only a problem with Internet Explorer. When I view my site on FireFox, it is fine.

  • This happened to me when I’d have a long URL in the sidebar links, or even when an “alt” or “title” tag was too long.

    Hope this helps.

    I just changed the theme around a bit to get my sidebar to load on all pages and got the same problem: it appeared below the content on the singe page view because the div for the content was set to “widecontent” instead of “narrowcontent.” Hopefully this helps. If this is not the case, i’m sorry, good luck.

    I moved some of my html around to the footer and it was all fixed. How strange is that? Thanks for your help guys!! ??
