    KTS915, do you have any connections or ties to S2Member? I still have not resolved my login issue, and am at a loss. Do you know of someone that can help me?

    Itā€™s been almost two weeks and I still canā€™t get in to download the Pro version that I have paid for.

    It is literally just a 30 second fix for them, but even after 3 support tickets, I canā€™t get anyone there to help me. My ticket numbers are 4220 and 4263. They have my wrong email address so all my password resets are going to an email address that does not exist.

    Do you have any suggestions on how I should approach this. Iā€™m literally at a loss of what to do.

    Cristian tells me that you have two accounts, and have been logging in with the free account instead of the paid one, and that he has sent an email to you about this.

    I’m guessing that it’s either in your junk email folder, or you made a typo with your email address, and so aren’t getting anything.

    First off, thank you so much for taking time to address this issue. I am very frustrated, so you have no idea how much this means to me.

    I received Christianā€™s email, it is not going into my ā€œjunkā€. The problem is his response did not address the root of my issue.

    Here is the exact issue: the email address you have for the paid account is wrong (itā€™s missing an ā€œSā€) at the end of the email address. I could not log in because of this, so I hit the reset password button. The issue is that the temporary password is being sent to [email protected] instead of tech@bulkingdiets.com (with an ā€œSā€).

    Can you please change the email address on the paid account to [email protected]? Then when I hit the reset password button Iā€™ll actually get the email to finish the password reset process.

    SUMMARY: I just need him to add a ā€œSā€ to the end of the email address he has on file for my paid account.

    I have passed this on, Dan. I hope you’ll hear back soon. I don’t have any connection with s2Member or Web Sharks other than as a user of their plugins.
