KTS915, do you have any connections or ties to S2Member? I still have not resolved my login issue, and am at a loss. Do you know of someone that can help me?
Itās been almost two weeks and I still canāt get in to download the Pro version that I have paid for.
It is literally just a 30 second fix for them, but even after 3 support tickets, I canāt get anyone there to help me. My ticket numbers are 4220 and 4263. They have my wrong email address so all my password resets are going to an email address that does not exist.
Do you have any suggestions on how I should approach this. Iām literally at a loss of what to do.
