    Can you please share where are you adding the country name and city that is always being deleted when you update the plugin so that we could check this further?

    Meanwhile, I checked if your country is listed under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping, and it is listed as Kosovo, Serbia.

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
