Korean translation is not applied

The help I asked for was...
I temporarily translated Korean for the sake of testing.

1. Files translated into Korean using the Loco translation plugin are also not applied.

2. Files translated into Korean using the Poedit translation plugin are also not applied.

Korean files are not 100% incomplete.
Only about 10-20% are translated.
80-90% are not translated.

Please share sceenshot of which section you are trying to translate so we can try check it on our end.
