Konzept Theme Infinite Scroll (Not Working)

Tried this out a million different type of ways and I believe these settings to be correct, yet I STILL can’t get it to work. Anyone have any shred of an idea if any of my other plugins are conflicting with infinite scroll or is it just the theme itself preventing it from loading? Can anyone just help me out been at this for a day or two now and its just frustrating me as to why its not working.
