Contactform does not work (Plugin: CF 7)

Hello dear forum members,

I need help.

Here is the problem:

Plugin: contact-form-7

After completing the contact form, there is an error sending the form. Two arrows rotate in a circle, without the shipment is completed successfully.

When testing these contact forms from the registered WordPress login out, the shipping is error-free! From the homepage, as a “stranger”, no submission of the form is possible. This applies to all defined, different five contact forms.

Who can help and has an idea for me?
