Komper text box not working

    Hi vandai. I have added custom products and custom fields, I have added komper onto the website but when I type into the text box to find a product, the loading gif appears for a split second, disappears, and I cannot find the product, even if I type the exact name, nothing happens. I cannot select products to compare. I have updated komper as well before adding these in. Please advise.

    I am also running it on wampserver, maybe that’s causing the problem?

    Hi,
    may i know your website? to check the error logs.

    it looked like you haven’t update the permalinks setting.
    have you change it to others than default?
    if you already have permalink setting enabled (not the default ?p=123) before installing Komper, then you just have to click “Save Changes” button.
    This is to flush the settings, and register the Komper rewrite rules.
