Kolakube email forms plugin

  • I am trying to use the “Kolakube email forms” plugin, and I’m already connected to Mailchimp, but whenever I click on email page lead it tells me “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”. Anyone know why this is happening? How can I customize this form?
