    Hi,

my last stats are shown for August 4th. For the 5th and 6th, Koko does not show anything.

    • I have generated pageviews with other browsers as well. Also in private mode (so there ARE accesses)
    • Cron is being called. I used Cron-Addons to execute the cron manually multiple times
    • deactivated and reactivated all plugins (except koko)

This happened in the past already once or twice: Koko doesn’t show any data for a couple of days and then all of a sudden: a large peak (like summed up all the days where no data was shown) and from then on hits are counted again.

Is there a way to get a log of what is going on or where / how to debug?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hu? and just as I look right now, it shows ONE pageview. Even though I have a Chrome in a private window open with multiple Page views and executed the cron manually afterwards …

I just looked at your site and from the client side things seem to be working properly. So it seems it’s collecting data, but not running the background job to aggregate the data. This is usually a wp-cron issue, but it can also happen when you move host or change your hosting infrastructure and the absolute path of your site is changed. Would something like that possibly apply to your situation?

For wp cron issues, you can install the Advanced Cron Manager plugin to see if the Koko task is there, and if any other task is blocking the queue. If there is a task on top of the queue and it just stays there, delete that task to let the rest of the queue execute again.

    Thank you Lap!
It’s really strange – now everything works again. Just for one day I have zero hits … I’m pretty sure that I did what you said – well … Ah I just realize that I can only see the log when I have the paid version of Advanced Cron Manager. Maybe I’ll invest that next time when I see that I don’t get hits.

Thanks again for the quick reply!

Hm and back again. 9th of August: no hits

    • triggered some page views in private mode (not just startpage)
    • executed “koko_analytics_aggregate_stats” through Advanced Cron Manager, plugin said it was successfull
    • checked the logs via “cron logs”: “Done wp-cron.php / Finished koko_analytics_aggregate_stats” Duration 1s

    any more hints & Tips?
