Kobra Hover Effects For Visual Composer

Hi,
I have Added my new Plugin.

I added Description and Screenshot in Readme.txt file But There no Update in Plugin.

I don’t understand What should i do.
i have 6 plugin already and i know how to do that but i did same like before But I am surprised that it’s not working.
