    UPDATE…I can see now that all you have to do is look at each file and click on the indicator on the top to see what is bad code. You can then uncheck each file that you do not want fixed.
    When it highlights the code in a file is that the same code that is removed when the fix is applied? The reason I ask it that I fixed two files using the auto fix button and the site was then broken….Had to re-install those using the wizard in this application. Kind of freaked me out when I saw the site broken…but must say the reversing of the files works!!

    Yes, it should only remove the highlighted code from those infected files. If there are any files that are not getting clean correctly and it’s breaking the front end of your site then can you please email me directly with the full infected versions of those files attached so that I can update the definitions?
