Known Plugin conflicts

    I am having trouble using WP Theme test on a Headway 3.0 based site. I am unable to view the site in Headways visual editor with the gears wheels a spinning forever..I ahve deactivated all my plugins and still no access to the visual editor..any ideas on known plugin conflicts?
