    The following list are known issues as of the moment:

    • JSON data is being returned after payment

      • Some users have feedback that they see JSON data after payment. For most cases, this is due to front-end JS errors caused by other plugins/themes. Please check your browser console first by pressing F12 while viewing your website to check if there are any missing or erroneous JS files.

    • Error in processing checkout issue

      • Some users have feedback about receiving this particular error after attempting to process a payment. There are no leads as of the moment for this and we are still investigating this issue.

    We will try to keep this list as updated as possible as we release fixes and updates for the plugin.

    Good evening!

    We will be temporarily disabling the GCash and GrabPay payment options starting tomorrow at 6AM to resolve a few bugs and improve the overall plugin experience.

    Expect the fixes for the e-wallet options to be released by September 18, Friday, at 10PM.

    Rest assured that the updates will make the plugin much more stable. I will be sure to update you all once the update is complete. Thank you!

    Fix for the infinite loading bug has been released, alongside the update to re-enable GCash/GrabPay transactions.
