    There is a temporary issue with our Facebook Group application, and you will currently not be able to connect a group feed or get new posts for your existing group feeds. Once the issue is resolved, you will need to re-add the group application to your group and reconnect the plugin source. We will keep you updated on when the issue has been resolved. In the meantime, our plugin’s cache should keep displaying your already retrieved posts. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Issue resolved October 7, 2021, 9 AM EST / 3 PM CEST. The group feeds should start working again. If you removed the source from the plugin, you will need to reconnect your group in the plugin settings. The app should already have appeared in your group apps again.

    Hey @futureyoon,

    There was a temporary further issue related to this, which was resolved just a few minutes ago again – apologies for the confusion. Could you test connecting the group again now? It should work without issue. Please do let me know if the issue persists on your end.

    the error is gone but i cant associate the connection with the group i own. i sent you the demo via email….

    Yesterday the error was solved but today it is happening again. Can you solve it as soon as possible? I need the operational group feed on my website for my clients. Thanks!

    We are seeing some issues again with our developer app which is used to connect groups and are working with Facebook to get this resolved ASAP. We apologize for any inconvenience but should hopefully be back up and running again very soon.
